Orders/Deliveries
All orders are processed Monday - Friday.
All orders after Friday - weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
All products are carefully processed and packaged by our warehouse team ( ME )
All deliveries will be by post.
You order is made up specially. So please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order.

Placing and order.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We only accept your order once payment has been approved.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don't worry, if there is an issue with an order, we'll get in touch with you.
We work our JoggOn... socks off to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays, because of Postal/ carrier, or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.
Return & Exchange Policy
Its important to us that you are happy with your products that you receive.
Product exchanges are not possible, but you do have the option of returning your garment if it is faulty within 7 days.
All our products are made to order and we cannot accept items that are either ordered in error, incorrect sizing, or no longer required.
If for any reason you do need to return your item, please get in touch.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
After that?
All items are inspected on return. Of course, its fine to try it on like you would in a store, but don't actually wear or use it. Please be careful with the item ( don't use unnecessary force ) don't wear makeup, cologne and deodorant as these can mark and leave scents on the garments.
